Strawberry, toasted hazelnut, and cranberry on the nose with wild raspberry, strawberry, red currant, pizza dough, and refreshing acidity on the palate.  Bubbly brut rose made from 100% Pinot Noir from Penedes, Spain.  (Food pairing: Smoked salmon & cream cheese pinwheels)

Jasci Pecorino IGT 2023 (18.99)

Ripe grapefruit, apricot, lemon soap, and fresh herbs on the nose with white peach, nectarine, honeysuckle, sea spray, lemon curd, and almond cookie on the palate.  An underrated crisp & aromatic white from Abruzzo, Italy.  (Food pairing: Fried Thai spring rolls)

Domaine de Bel-Air “Les Granits Bleus” Beaujolais Villages 2023 ($19.99)
